An extended Glassholm Session
Service Description
Our new indoor studio is in a converted barn and has a greenhouse feel. It has a large work bench, couch, bench, various chairs and a separate (but private) room for wardrobe changes. There is also a twin bed. The space is simple, cozy and stunning. Please contact us with any questions prior to booking. The sun sets behind the Glassholm Studio in the West. NOTE: the outdoor studio is excluded from this booking, with the exception of the outdoor spaces directly surrounding the Glassholm when available. Please note the Glassholm isn't weather dependent and cannot be cancelled due to weather.
Cancellation Policy
Outdoor Studio: you are able to reschedule due to inclement weather if you reach out to Ashley before the start of your session. If you need to reschedule or cancel for other reasons, you are able to do so up to 24 hours before the start of your appointment with no questions asked. Just email Ashley as soon as possible. Cancellations and no-shows within 24 hours forfeit the session fee. The Glassholm is not weather dependent unless the county announces a weather warning and Ashley will refund you or reschedule your session. *I will treat the property as my own and leave it as I found it *I understand pets are not allowed in the Glassholm Indoor Studio *I will not trespass on neighboring properties *I will ask permission at the time of booking if bringing a pet for the outdoor studio *I will not use confetti, cake, water balloons, etc. *I will leave when my session time ends and I will not arrive more than 10 minutes early *If I stay over more than 5 minutes, I will be charged by the half hour at $120/hr. *I understand I am responsible for my clients arriving and leaving during our scheduled session. Violating these policies will jeopardize my ability to rent the Holmstead Studios.
